Web and Domain credentials are transferred to you once complete and paid, so you can reset the passwords and manage your page as you want OR
Page Management services available.NOTE: When taking over your own site management, you will need to make payments annually to maintain your domain name ownership, web page hosting services and any other third party payments associated with your web page.
Web Page Management
We can fully manage your web page, making updates and posts, that you either provide or approve. We will never make unauthorized edits or posts. This service includes the maintaining of your web pages credentials, and any mandatory renewal third party services. (Domain name ownership, web services, etc.)
Social Media Setup & Management
Social Media Setup
We can create any social media profile you request for you to promote your business, services and/or products. Common social media profiles used for this purpose are Facebook business pages, Instagram profiles and TikTok.
Social Media Profile Management
We can fully manage your social media profiles, making posts provided by or approved by you. We will never post unauthorized messages. Social media messaging can either be automated response directing anyone to other ways to contact you or your business, or disabled completely, so we are never interacting with anyone who messages your social accounts. This includes maintaining social media credentials and any associated third party payments that may apply (such as optional "verified" status, etc.).
Documentation Services
SOPs (Standard Operating Procesdures)
We can write direct SOP's needed on an individual SOP basis, or complete full SOP manuals. Not sure what SOP's you many need? We can work with you to determine what documents you may want to include. All SOP's or manuals are delivered digitally to be printed yourself as needed. (Physical delivery available if requested, for supplementary charge).
Invoice and Other Templates
We can provide simple invoice templates or work with you to create a personalized template. This can also be done for other documents, such as inventory lists, time sheets, written warnings, or any other documents.
WHMIS manuals & SDS's
We can source individual SDS's for you and/or compile multiple into a HMIS manual, delivered digitally to be printed yourself as needed (physical deliver available if requested, for suplimentary charge).
